We ensure hourly chauffered service in major European destinations per fixed hourly fee. An English speaking driver is at the disposal for selected time, for minimum of 3 hours. With our private hire you can be fully flexible and use the vehicle for a private city tour, shopping tour, business meetings, events, wedding photoshoot or short sightseeing in the neighbourhood. Each private driver in every destination is ready to meet all your possible requests.
Please note, that every charged hour of rental includes kilometer limit, that can be different in every destination (usually it is 20 kilometers / 11,5 miles per hour) as well as the variety of offered vehicles to hire. The rental excludes parking fees, tolls and entrance fees to the cities, so the extra charges may be applied, for example if the pick up is required in the airport.
In the same time we would kindly let you know, that our English speaking drivers have a basic knowledge of local culture, lifestyle, but they can not be taken as professional guides. If interested, we can provide a local guide on request (if possible). Please, in this case, feel free to contact us.

There is a tollerance of 15 minutes over the rental time. Then you will be charged for another hour and it is only up to you how you use it. The extra kilometers are charged as an extra hour. If you are not sure, that you fit into the limit, please use our contact form or email us to info@taxi-transfers.eu and share with us your approximate plans. We gladly prepare a tailor-made quote for you.
No. Parking fees, tolls and permits to cities are not included in the price and they may be applied in the end of rental. This is specific case for airport and train station pick ups and sightseeing tours out of the city. Of course you will be informed about it by us before. Please note that our drivers are not licensed to be your official tour guide at the local attractions and therefore will not accompany you into the sites. You may, however, hire a professional tour guide at an extra cost. Your driver will provide you with their local knowledge and personal recommendations.
Your driver will always drive you as close as possible to your stop whilst always respecting local traffic laws.
Yes, you can use the rented chauffeur as your assistant, so you do not really need to be physically in the car and the driver can manage for you delivery pick up (small packages, flowers, presents) or pick up of your guest, business partner, etc. Please note, that our drivers will not assist with moving and carrying furniture and heavy items.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours prior to service delivery.
In case of cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to service delivery or in case of no-show, the total amount of service is charged.
